Podgórzyn is a quiet village located in the Jelenia Góra valley.
It is situated in the very center of the most popular tourist attractions of the Karkonosze Mountains.
This is a perfect place for a family holiday,
as well as a starting point for skiing and cycling, to the forest, to the mountains, to the Czech Republic.
The inhabitants lead a very peaceful and idyllic lifestyle here.
It is worth mentioning the showpiece of Podgórzyn, i.e. the presence of whites and black storks. Opposite our cabin, in a mountain stream,
this unusual bird can be seen from time to time.
In spring and summer, other interesting species also visit our yard:
blackbirds, fieldfares, hedgehogs, cranes, fireflies and May beetles.
